Volunteering is currently our biggest resource at Finca Alexandria. Even the core team is also largely engaged on a voluntary basis. We want to share our knowledge and values and offer a place where people can find themselves and their natural calling.
Since the foundation of our non-profit association in 2011, we have welcomed over 250 volunteers and many friends. The existing infrastructure was largely created and maintained by volunteers.
Usually, volunteers stay with us for several weeks or months. Since we have a variety of projects, there is usually an interesting area of work for everyone. Everyone should be able to take on responsibility and shape things where it is fun.
We live together and share our everyday life. We value work-life balance and want everyone in our project to have enough time for themselves.
We also regularly offer internships in various fields of activity.
